Our last day for receiving online orders for pre-Christmas delivery is Wednesday 18th December.
As we are only a tiny team, any orders received after the 18th are unlikely to arrive before Christmas.
Please note that we will be unable to dispatch any orders 23rd Dec - 3rd Jan.
Delivery & Returns
All of our parcels are now sent via Royal Mail, using their fully tracked Tracked 24 service. We aim to pack, wrap and dispatch all orders within 2-3 days, but this can be slighlty longer during the Christmas period. You will receive an email from us once your parcel has been dispatched, and further tracking from Royal Mail until in arrives with you. Please ensure you provide the correct email address as this is where your order confirmation and tracking will be sent.
Free – all orders over £75
£5.00 – all orders under £75
£1.50 – single card and/or gift voucher
Free – collect from store (ready same/next day)
Please note that once your parcel leaves us we unfortunately have no further control over the delivery. If you are not home when Royal Mail deliver you will need to arrange a redelivery or collection, which can easily be done via your tracking information. You are also given options on the day to change your delivery date etc.
Sending Your Order as a Gift
If you are sending a gift directly, we offer a card writing service for no additional charge – simply type your message in the message box at the checkout. Your message can either be written into a card that you are purchasing, or will be written onto a small Form notecard. Your order will also be beautifully wrapped (with the no invoice included). If you are not purchasing a card, we kindly ask that you keep your message short to ensure it will fit. Please remember to leave your name too so the recipient knows who has sent it!
Returns Policy
We kindly ask that you take your time before making a purchase to avoid returns. If you do need to return an item, please email us to request a return within 7 days of receiving you order and we will advise you of the next steps.
Please note that as we are a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us, or refund the original postage cost. If your order was eligible for free delivery, we will deduct the cost of delivery from the refund (unless the remainder of your order after the refund is over the total required for free delivery).
We take the utmost care to package your items safely to avoid any damage in transit. Should you receive a damaged item, please email us as soon as you can with your order number and images of the damage and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Collect from Store
If you would like to collect your order from the store, please select this option at the checkout. Your order can be collected on any of our opening days (currently Mon-Sun) from the day after your order. If you would like to collect your order on the same day, please email to let us know to have it ready for you.
