Products

Our products are sold online in limited quantities and availabilities. We endeavour to show all our products as true to life as we can, however, please take into account that our pictures may not be to scale so always ensure to check measurements. Although we try to reproduce colours as accurately as possible there may be some alteration depending on your computer screen or the photography so please be aware of this when ordering. The majority of our products are handmade and therefore there will be slight variations that occur from piece to piece. This is particularly true for handmade ceramics, and we try to indicate this in our product descriptions.

If you have any specific questions about an item, please contact us and we will answer to the best of our ability.

 

Ordering

When you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email to let you that we have received your order. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Please ensure you keep this email as we may need you to refer to it should there be any issues with your order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.

In the unlikely case of an error on the website, we will try to contact you to resolve the issue but we reserve the right to correct any errors and inaccuracies, update any information and/or cancel orders where necessary.

 

Pricing

All of our prices are in GBP (£).
Our prices are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. We pay our makers and suppliers fairly, and sell according to recommended retail prices.

 

Payments

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, and payments via PayPal. Card payments are processed securely through payment portal Stripe.

Payment will be debited from your account prior to the order being dispatched to you. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of a card refusal, we will not accept the order. In this case we will not be liable for delay or non delivery.

All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). We do not have any access to your data that is exchanged in connection with the purchase. All personal contact information is held strictly confidential. We guarantee no other persons will have access to any of your personal information or payment details.

 

Delivery

UK Delivery is charged at £5 per order, as standard, or free of charge (cost covered by us) for orders totally over £75.

Orders will be sent out using the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service. We aim to dispatch your order the same or next day. Your order should arrive 1-3 working days after dispatch and will require a signature upon delivery. Should a signature not be received, your parcel will be taken to your local post office depot and it will be your responsibility to arrange collection or redelivery (no cost) on an alternate day - this will need to be done within 2 weeks or your order will be sent back to us.

The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Costs which are incurred due to incorrect address information, may be passed on to the customer. We shall not be liable for delays or other disadvantages, which result from an incorrect address. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any inconvenience that may result from the delay.

On the rare occasion that an item that you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you upon receiving your order to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date of the item. If you are not satisfied with the alternative delivery date you will have the option to cancel (or amend) the order and we will provide you with a refund (or partial refund).

 
 

 
 

Returns

Should you wish to return anything to us please contact us by email before shipping your item back to us. We are unable to accept returns without prior written consent so please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

We are unfortunately unable to cover the costs you incur by returning unwanted goods - these costs are to be paid by the customer. Items must be sent back within 14 days of purchase and must be in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you.

Once we have received the return, the item(s) will be checked and provided they have reached us in an unused and resealable condition, a refund will be processed. Refunds can only be made to the card used as original payment and will take up to 7 days to be credited back to you.

When returning items by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend that you use a registered postal service, wrap the items well (ideally in the same way they were sent to you) and please retain the proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Please note, we are unable to refund or exchange any skincare products or items of jewellery.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

All of our products are carefully inspected before sending, and great care is taken in the packaging, to ensure that all items reach you in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing hello@form-shop.com, including your order number and preferred contact details. We will then do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement for any reason, we will be happy to refund you in full.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon return.

We recommend that you use a registered postal service as we cannot be held responsible for goods being lost during delivery. Please also retain the proof of postage as we will require this for our records and in order to reimburse you the correct amount.

Should you receive an incorrect item, please follow the above procedure, ensuring to contact us first. In this case, you will reimbursed the cost of returning to us (please retain receipt of posting).

 

 

Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously. When using our site, we want our customers to feel confident that their personal information and credit card data is protected. In the same way as we are dedicated to bringing you the very best products, we are equally committed to providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience.

We treat all personal information as highly confidential and will never pass on any information to third parties. We do not have any access to, or ability to store, your payment details. Any personal information that is collected online is securely stored and never shared with any third parties. We only ask for the necessary personal details which are required in order to process your order. We take appropriate precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure this information is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. To protect your personal information, when you place an online order and provide your payment card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and will not pass it onto third parties, or send you marketing emails unless you have chosen to receive updates by signing up to our mailing list. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent, or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed.

If you choose to sign up to our newsletter, we will use the information provided for this purpose only. You can also unsubscribe to our mailing list at any time, either by using the unsubscribe button on our newsletters or by contacting us and asking to be removed.

Our online store is hosted by Squarespace, who provide us with an online ecommerce platform. Your data is stored securely through Squarespace’s data storage and databases behind a firewall.

 

Use of Cookies

We use cookies on our website only to ensure the best browsing experience, and allow certain aspects of the website and shop function to run correctly.

You have the option to disable cookies in your browser, or delete them upon leaving our website should you wish.
