Hand-carved olive wood sugar spoon, with an olive green and white batik handle. Made from sustainably sourced Kenyan olive wood.

Perfect for serving sugar, or small plates at the table. The long, sturdy handle also enables easy access to the bottom of tall containers making it versatile in the kitchen.

The handle has been finished with sustainably sourced cow bone, helping to reduce wastage and continue cultural traditions.

Aarven wooden utensils are hand-carved in a small workshop in Nairobi, run by one of the founders of the popular Maasai Market. Crafted from wild olive wood which is locally grown and re-planted continually.
