Fizzel Spiced Vanilla Pickled Fennel

Made in small batches by Vic, these preserves are delicious and perfect for adding to a gift bundle or hamper. The jars are great to keep and reuse too!
Spiced Vanilla Pickled Fennel
Pickles with crunch, and not too much sweetness. Finely hand-sliced fresh fennel, gently pickled with warming spices and a twist of real vanilla pods. The vanilla pods add a delicate sweetness, while the tiny vanilla seeds deepen the flavour the longer it sits. Perfect for layering onto sandwiches, tossing into salads, or topping your morning poached eggs.
Gluten free, with no artificial preservatives, 220g
