Wood Fired Spoon Rest
Hand-thrown ceramic spoon rest, made for us by Marnie Waghorn.
Made in Sheffield by Marnie, and reduction fired in a wood kiln in the Peak District.
The wood-firing process creates a beautiful richness, warmth and depth of colour and texture. The speckles are darker patches are created by the flames and ash deposits from inside the wood kiln, and therefore no two pieces are exactly the same.
13cm diameter (approx.)
Microwave and dishwasher safe, however we recommended washing by hand.
