Stoneware small dipping bowl, handmade by potter Nicola Gillis in small batches in her garden studio in Brighton.

A toasty stoneware speckled clay, with painterly oxide markings and finished with a coat of matte white glaze. Nicola uses clay collected from her local surroundings and experiments with incorporating wood ash in her glazes, to create her own unique finish.
